User Agreement for Automatic Connection Tool

Terms of Use These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") are signed between the user of the automatic connection tool (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "the user") and the operator of the automatic connection tool (hereinafter referred to as "the operator" or "us"), outlining the terms and conditions that guide your use of our application. Please read this agreement carefully. By downloading, installing, and using the application, you agree to accept and comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not download, install, and/or use the application.
This is an agreement between you and us, not between Apple or Google. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for this application or its content.
1、 Service Description
The automatic connection tool aims to provide mobile application management and screen usage time management functions, helping you effectively control your phone usage time and group management applications in various scenarios.
2、 Privacy Protection
We attach great importance to your personal privacy and will strictly protect your personal information. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties. However, in compliance with laws and regulations, fulfilling contractual obligations, and safeguarding public interests, we may disclose your personal information to the public. When you use this application, you agree to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information in accordance with our privacy policy. For the rules related to the use and protection of your personal information, please refer to the document "Privacy Policy" in the application.
3、 User behavior norms
You should comply with the following regulations when using our services:
1.
Do not use this application to engage in any behavior that violates national laws and regulations, endangers state secrets and/or security, endangers national security, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
2.
Do not use this application to generate illegal information related to politics, pornography, violence, reactionary, inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, etc;
3.
Do not use this application to generate information that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others and/or other information or content that is detrimental to social order, public security, and public morality;
4.
Do not interfere with or damage our services, such as attacks, viruses, malicious software, etc;
5.
Do not attempt to obtain unauthorized access to this application in any way.
If we find that you have violated the above regulations, we have the right to immediately terminate your usage qualification and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
4、 Disclaimer
4.1. We cannot guarantee that our services fully meet your expectations and requirements. We do not assume any direct or indirect losses or liabilities arising from your use of this application, including but not limited to data loss, loss of commercial profits, etc. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services at any time without prior notice to you.
4.2. The artificial intelligence technology involved in this agreement is provided by the operator, and the operator acknowledges that the rights to the works owned by the artificial intelligence technology provider are transferred to you. The rights to the works generated by you based on this service will be fully owned by you personally.
4.3. During the period of enjoying the rights of the work, you may use the generated work for personal or commercial purposes, that is, you have the right to commercially develop the work you generate and the right to provide related promotion and advertising services, as well as the right to authorize other third parties to use it in the above manner. Therefore, the income generated also belongs to you.
4.4. You must ensure that when using the works generated by this service (whether you use them yourself or authorize others to use them), you shall not use the generated works for defamation, pornography, or any other illegal purposes, nor shall you infringe any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of any third party. If any third-party rights are damaged due to your improper use, you shall be solely responsible.
4.5. Due to the constantly evolving laws and regulations regarding the creation of artificial intelligence works, even if this agreement stipulates that you have the right to generate works based on this service, the operator cannot guarantee that you will permanently own the right to create your works. You understand and agree that if the ownership and legal nature of the work change due to the development of laws and regulations, the operator shall not be responsible or assume any liability.
5、 Intellectual Property
We have ownership and control over our application and all intellectual property contained therein. When you use our services, you must comply with applicable intellectual property laws and regulations. Unless otherwise stated in these terms, the terms of this agreement shall not be construed as granting you a license or transfer of our services or intellectual property.
6、 Service Change and Termination
We have the right to modify or terminate our services as needed without prior notice to you. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and you should regularly review them to ensure compliance with the latest terms. If you continue to use our service, it means that you agree and accept the update
7、 Complaint Handling
During use, you can always file a complaint or report any illegal or infringing behavior to us through our customer service support email. After receiving your message, we will verify the specific situation as soon as possible and provide a response within fifteen working days.
