Application of hidden camouflage assistant user protocol

Terms of Use These terms of service and the end-user license agreement ("agreement") are signed between the user of the application hiding camouflage assistant (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") and the operator of the application hiding camouflage assistant (hereinafter referred to as "operator" or "us"), and explain the terms and conditions guiding you to use our application. Please read this agreement carefully. By downloading, installing and using the application, you agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not download, install and/or use the application.
This is an agreement between you and us, not with Apple or Google. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for this application or its content.
I. Service Description
Application Hiding Camouflage Assistant aims to provide functions of mobile phone application management and screen usage time management, and help you effectively control the usage time of mobile phones and manage applications in groups in various scenarios.
Second, privacy protection
We attach great importance to your personal privacy. We will strictly protect your personal information and will not disclose it to third parties. However, we may disclose your personal information to the public in compliance with laws and regulations, performance of contractual obligations, and maintenance of social and public interests. When you use this application, you agree that we will collect, use, store and disclose your information in accordance with the privacy policy. Please refer to the document Privacy Policy in the application for the relevant rules on the use and protection of your personal information.
Third, user behavior norms
You should observe the following specifications when using our services:

Do not use this application to conduct any acts that violate national laws and regulations, endanger national secrets and/or security, endanger national security, subvert state power and undermine national unity;
2.
Do not use this application to generate illegal information related to politics, pornography, violence, reaction, incitement to ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and so on;
3.
Do not use this application to generate information that infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others and/or other information or content that is detrimental to social order, public security and public morality;
4.
Do not interfere with or destroy our services, such as attacks, viruses, malware, etc.
5.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this application in any way.
If we find that you violate the above specifications, we have the right to terminate your qualification immediately and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility.
IV. Disclaimer
4.1. We can't guarantee that our services fully meet your expectations and requirements, and we won't bear any direct or indirect losses or responsibilities caused by your use of this application, including but not limited to data loss and business profit loss caused by using this application. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our service at any time without prior notice to you.
4.2. The artificial intelligence technology involved in this agreement is provided by the operator, and the operator recognizes that the rights of the works owned by the provider based on artificial intelligence technology are transferred to you, and the rights of your works based on the content generated by this service will be completely owned by you.
4.3. During the period of enjoying the rights of works, you can use the generated works for personal or commercial purposes, that is, you have the right to commercially develop your generated works, the right to publicize and promote them and other services, and the right to sublicense other third parties to use them in the above ways, so the profits generated are also owned by you.
4.4. You must ensure that when you use the works generated by this service (whether you use them yourself or authorize others to use them), you shall not use the generated works for libel, pornography or any other illegal purposes, nor infringe any copyright, trademark or other exclusive rights of any third party. If any third party's rights and interests are damaged due to your improper use, you shall bear all the responsibilities.
4.5. As the laws and regulations for creating works by artificial intelligence are still changing, even if this agreement stipulates that you have the right to create works based on this service, the operator cannot guarantee that you will have the right to create works permanently. You understand and agree that if the ownership and legal nature of works change due to the development of laws and regulations, the operator will not be responsible or assume any responsibility.
V. Intellectual property rights
We have ownership and control over our application and all intellectual property rights contained therein. When you use our services, you must abide by the applicable intellectual property laws and regulations. Unless otherwise specified in this clause, the clauses in this agreement shall not be interpreted as granting you a license or transfer of our services or intellectual property rights.
VI. Service Change and Termination
We have the right to modify or terminate our services as needed without prior notice to you. We have the right to modify these terms at any time, and you should check them regularly to ensure that you comply with the latest terms. If you continue to use our service, you agree and accept the update.
VII. Complaint handling
In the process of use, you can always complain to us and report illegal and infringing acts through the customer service support mailbox. After receiving your information, we will verify the specific situation as soon as possible and give a reply within 15 working days.
