AI intelligent translator's privacy policy

This end-user software license agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement") is signed by you, as the end user, and AI Intelligent Translator.​

1.
User's personal privacy information protection​

1.1. Scope of application

When you use this software's network service, this software automatically receives the information on your mobile phone, including but not limited to the text and photos that you actively input, the date and time of visit, the software and hardware feature information and other data.​

1.2. Use of information

A. After obtaining your translation input data, the software will upload it to the server for translation-related purposes and forward the results to you. After that, the intermediate data will not be stored in the server, but only in your client.​

B. Our product integrates Youmeng +SDK. Youmeng +SDK needs to collect your device Mac address, unique device identification code (IMEI/Android ID/IDFA/OpenUdid/IP address /GUID, SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services, and calibrate the accuracy of report data through geographical location to provide basic anti-cheating ability. 1.3 Information disclosure

A) The software will not disclose your information to untrusted third parties.

B) Disclosure to a third party or an administrative or judicial institution according to the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of the administrative or judicial institution.​

C) If you violate the relevant laws, regulations or rules of China, you need to disclose it to a third party.​

2.
Intellectual property protection​

This software is protected by People's Republic of China (PRC) copyright law and international copyright treaties, intellectual property law and international copyright laws and treaties, and all its intellectual property rights are owned by AI Intelligent Translator. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, this agreement does not provide you with any intellectual property rights related to the software. All titles and copyrights of the software, including but not limited to its operation, code, structure and execution, appearance, screen display results, any images, photos, animations, videos, recordings, music, texts and additional programs, attached help materials, and any copies of this software product, belong to the intellectual property of AI Intelligent Translator. AI Intelligent Translator reserves all rights not expressly granted in this agreement. Users are not allowed to reverse engineer, disassemble or disassemble this software product. Violators are infringing acts and may be subject to legal investigation from AI Intelligent Translator, and the perpetrator shall bear the adverse consequences arising therefrom.​

3.
Software identification​

This software product can be downloaded and disseminated through the Internet and other channels. Both the iOS version and the Android version will be downloaded to users through official regular store channels. For this software product downloaded from the designated site of non-AI Intelligent Translator and this software product obtained from the media distributed by non-AI Intelligent Translator, AI Intelligent Translator cannot guarantee the integrity, security and effectiveness of this software, and will not be liable for direct and indirect damages caused thereby.​

4.
Function upgrade​

AI Intelligent Translator guarantees that the upgrade module of this software does not contain any malicious code aimed at destroying the user's computer data and obtaining the user's privacy information, does not contain any functional code for tracking and monitoring the user's computer and or operation behavior, and will not monitor the user's online and offline behavior or reveal the user's privacy.​

5.
Use rules​

Abide by relevant laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), Including but not limited to Regulations on the Security Protection of Computer Information Systems in People's Republic of China (PRC), Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in the Trial of Cases Involving Copyright Disputes in Computer Networks (Law Interpretation No.1), Decision of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) on Maintaining Internet Security, Regulations on the Administration of Internet bulletin board service, Regulations on the Administration of Internet News Information Services, Measures for the Administrative Protection of Internet Copyright, Regulations on the Protection of Information Network Communication Right and Regulations on the Management of Internet User Account Names and other laws, regulations and implementation methods related to computer Internet regulations and intellectual property rights.​

6.
Users publish content specifications​

Users are fully responsible for the content published, uploaded or transmitted by themselves. All users are not allowed to publish information containing one of the following contents through this software, otherwise this software has the right to handle it by itself without notifying users:​

(1) violation of the basic principles determined by the Constitution;

(2) endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power and undermining national unity;​

(3) damaging the honor and interests of the state;

(4) inciting national hatred and discrimination and undermining national unity;

(5) undermining the state's religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;​

(6) spreading rumors, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;

(7) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror or abetting crimes;​

(8) Insulting or slandering others and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests;​

(9) inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration and gathering people to disturb social order;​

(10) activities in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;

(11) Contents prohibited by laws, regulations, rules, local normative documents, national policies, government notices, public order and good customs;​

(12) Content that this software thinks is not conducive to the community ecology in the software and may cause losses to this software.​

7.
Voluntary software and uninstall right​

This software is voluntary. You can uninstall this software at any time, and all consequences arising from deletion shall be borne by the user.​

8.
Termination​

If you violate this agreement, your authorization to use this software will be terminated. After termination, you must destroy the copy of this software and all related documents.​

9.
Dispute settlement​

Both parties agree on the content and effectiveness of this agreement, and both parties agree that all disputes arising from the implementation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China (PRC) and shall be under the jurisdiction of the local court of AI Intelligent Translation.​
